Frequently asked questions

How does the free trial work?

You get 2 weeks of plans, with no credit card, up to 4 recipes a week. The trial starts on the Monday of your first plan week: the current week if you finish your profile from Monday to Wednesday, otherwise the following week.

What happens when the trial ends?

Nothing is charged: you never entered a card. Plans already prepared stay available, with their recipes and grocery list. To get a new plan, choose a subscription.

Does my subscription renew automatically?

Yes. Each subscription renews at the end of its period (one month, one year or 3 years) until you cancel it. Your next renewal date is shown in your account.

How do I change subscriptions?

From your account, through Stripe's secure management portal. Moving to a longer subscription takes effect right away: a new period starts that day, at the new subscription's price, minus a credit for the unused part of the old one, and your renewal date changes. Moving to a shorter one takes effect at renewal. You are never billed twice for the same period.

How do I cancel?

Any time, from your account. You keep access until the end of the paid period, and the subscription does not renew.

Are taxes included?

No. Prices are in Canadian dollars; applicable taxes (GST and QST) are added at payment.

What if my payment is declined?

No new plan is prepared until your card is updated in your account; the plan already prepared stays available. As soon as the payment goes through, your plan is prepared right away.
